Debate: COVID 19 - Next Steps for the NHS

Here is my speech from last week's parliamentary debate where I call for a National Care Service akin to our National Health Service - we need to refocus on not for profit care. I have also asked the Scottish Government to investigate further death rates in care homes right across the public, not for profit and private sectors.
