Angela Constance MSP recently visited Glenmorangie Bottling facility to meet Pete Nelson, Director of Operations to tour the completed state of the art facility at the Alba plant in Livingston.
Glenmorangie have good retention of staff and have introduced a variety of life-friendly policies with a culture fostering creativity and innovation. Angela Constance MSP was pleased to see the apprentices still at Glenmorangie from a previous visit in 2020. Glenmorangie are now working with Career Ready Scotland and have three pupils from West Lothian Schools.

It was great to see for myself the investment in new equipment and facilities in what is state of the art bottling facility. Glenmorangie have been engaging with local schools on challenges such as the design of outdoor space, which is utilized by staff on their breaks, they have a long history of offering apprenticeship opportunities and are committed to continuous development within the company.”
