The Scottish Government is launching a new exchange programme to provide opportunities for young people, with priority given to disadvantaged students. The University of Glasgow's Principal, Professor Sir Anton Muscatelli, has praised the initiative for the immense benefits it could bring to Scotland's youth. The programme has been welcomed by MSP Angela Constance, who believes it will transform the lives of young people living in Almond Valley.
Angela Constance MSP commented:
"The Scottish Government is committed to ensuring that all youngsters, regardless of their background, have equal opportunities to learn and thrive. I am thrilled to see the First Minister’s further investment in young people in Almond Valley."
