Angela Constance MSP Highlights Scottish Government’s Commitment to Apprenticeships in West Lothian
Recent figures reveal that 1,286 apprentices were in training in West Lothian at the end of last year, contributing to a total of 39,589 Modern Apprenticeships across Scotland during the same period. These numbers underscore the Scottish Government’s dedication to enhancing Modern Apprenticeships, providing valuable opportunities for individuals in West Lothian to develop essential skills and pursue rewarding careers.
The Scottish Government’s recently approved budget allocates £100 million for Modern and Foundation Apprenticeships in the 2025-26 financial year, further expanding opportunities for individuals in West Lothian.
